What is electric current?

The flow of electric charge.

What is resistance?

The measure of opposition to the flow of electric current.

What is the unit of electric current?

Ampere (A).

What is the unit of resistance?

Ohm (Ω).

What is Ohm's Law?

The current flowing through a conductor is directly proportional to the voltage applied across it, and inversely proportional to the resistance of the conductor.

What is the formula for Ohm's Law?

V = I * R

What is the relationship between resistance and current?

As resistance increases, current decreases.

What is a conductor?

A material that allows electric current to flow through it easily.

What is an insulator?

A material that does not allow electric current to flow through it easily.

What is the role of a resistor in an electric circuit?

To control the amount of current flowing in the circuit.

What is a short circuit?

A low-resistance connection that allows excessive current flow.

What is the effect of temperature on resistance?

As temperature increases, resistance also increases.

What is a multimeter?

An electronic measuring instrument used to measure voltage, current, and resistance.

What is the symbol for electric current?

I

What is the symbol for resistance?

R
